Terms and conditions of use

Rule 1

All order ready for shipment in 4 hours if we have stock , delivery time in UAE around 24 , 48 hours and other country 2 weeks .

Rule 2

If packing damage , don't accept the pack and ask carrier return to us , if you get it and open the pack , if some products damage , its in your responsibility and not 3axis machine  . in this case its better reject the pack and return it to us .

Rule 3

Customer could return the products in one week if he don't use the products , if they do that , they must return all gift with this purchase and the products must be brand new , the pack must be with products . after the customer return the  products , our expert check the products and if it will be ok , we return the customer payment after 48 hours .

Rule 4

the small scratch on  heavy machines such as mill and lathe is natural and for this kind of machine some times it happen .
